We will take you to the most important places of the Great Silk Road in Central Asia. Beside many highlights of this tour, you will see the beauties of Konyeurgench, Ashgabat, Khiva, Bukhara, Samarkand, Ferghana, Seven Lakes, Bishkek, Shymkent, and Almaty – and everything what goes in-between of them. Your trip starts upon your arrival to Tashkent. From Tashkent you will drive to Samarkand and Bukhara through the birthplace of Amir Temur - Shahrisabz. Later we will take you to one of the most closed countries in the world-Turkmenistan. Our professional tour guide will meet you at the border and take you to Mary. On the way you will make several stops to see amazing sand dunes of Karakum Desert. Later you will visit the capital - Ashgabat, a modern marvel and capital city with unique characteristics of its own, and drive to the Uzbek border passing by Koneurgench-the capital of Khorezmshahs (III-XVI cc) listed by UNESCO World Heritage Book. From the Uzbek side you will continue your way to charming Kiva, which is a truly amazing open-air museum. Upon returning to Tashkent you will stay overnight for good rest. On the next day we will head to Fergana and cross border to Osh in Kyrgyzstan. We will drive to Bishkek through beautiful Uzgen, Djalal Abad. After a good breakfast, we will drive for a city tour in Bishkek to explore this vibrant capital and its many sights. From Kyrgyzstan we will leave for Kazakhstan – Almaty. When this part of the trip is over, we will catch the flight to Tashkent and continue our journey by crossing the border to Tajikistan. This part will include light trekking to the Hat of Alexander mountain (3455m,10-12km), and also visit Iskandar -Kuli kalon lake. After 4 days in Tajikistan you will get back to Tashkent and this is where the trip will over.

Day 6 - Bukhara-Mary (Turkmenistan)
Time Program07:00 Breakfast at hotel Morning drive to Turkmenistan border. Meeting at the border Farab/Alat at 09.00 (Turkmenistan side of the border). Border passing formalities. Drive ~300km & 5 hours direct driving to Mary via Turkmenabat and the Floating Bridge lasting ~900 meters over the Greatest River of Central Asia from where is visible nearby the Oldest Railway Bridge in this part of Central Asia built at the end of XIX century over that “mad” river which till 2009 was the only one connecting south with north. Lunch time En route stop at some typical dunes of Garagum Desert to enjoy with photos. Upon arrival accommodation & rest or short walking tour within the central part of Mary City which has The Regional Mosque of Mary Province, The Central Theater of Mary, The Convention & Conference Center “Ruhiyet Koshgi”, Central Park & Monument of Mollanepes-the National Classic Poet who lived in Mary in XVIII-XIXcc. Dinner at local restaurant. ON in Mary Note: Passports with 2 colored photos will be required for registration at the CTB in Mary.
Day 7 - Merv-Mary-Ashgabat
Program SS of Old Merv & Mary. Flight to Ashgabat Breakfast at hotel & check out. Morning drive to Bayramaly ~30km & 30min/driving to have SS of Old Merv known as Mary Shahu Jahan-King of the World for about 300 years became the biggest city in Asia & 8 years Capital of Islamic Khalifat, inscribed into the monuments list of World Heritage Book, protected by the UNESCO. SS of Old Merv includes: Gyz Gala & Oglan Gala (VI-VII), Complex of Askhabs (VIII-XIV), Gyaur Gala (IV BC), Buddist Complex (IV-VI), Beni Makhan Mosque-first Mosque build in Central Asia (VII), Erk Gala (VI BC), Soltan Gala (XI), Soltan Sanjar Mausoleum (XII), Ibn Zeid Mausoleum (XII). After SS of Old Merv drive back to Mary. Lunch time After lunch break visit the Local United Museum of History, Ethnography, Flora & Fauna of Mary located in a newly built marbled 2 stored building & the Regional Orthodox Church built by Russians at the end of XIX century. Late afternoon transfer to the airport of Mary for flight to Ashgabat. Type of Aircraft Boeing 717-200. Flight T5-132. Departure at 19.20 & arrival at 20.20. Upon arrival transfer to hotel & accommodation. Dinner at local restaurant. After dinner breaknight tour/driving along the main avenues of Ashgabat including to stop near Palace of Happiness to have look round its colorful views in night lights which makes it one of the spectacular cities of Central Asia. Day 8 - Ashgabat
Program Full Day SS in/around Ashgabat Breakfast at hotel. At 08.00 start for Full Day SS of Ashgabatincludes: “Turkmenbashynyn Ruhy Metjidi” which is the biggest mosque in Central Asia & Mausoleum Complex of the tombs of Turkmenbashy and his parents &brothers, Old Nissa-The Sanctuary of Parhian Kings which was included into UNESCO’s World Heritage Book. (Nissa is situated in 15 km to the west of Ashgabat & founded in the III century B.C. Nissa was the capital of Parthian Empire which lasted for about 600 years and was the biggest competitor for the Rome Empire). After Old Nissa proceed with short SS of Monuments of Archabil Shayoly (Berzengi: southern Ashgabat) to have a close impression of the new part of Ashgabat with its modern buildings, monuments & parks which includes: Health Path of Turkmenbashy, Arch of Neutrality: famous rocket & tripod style built building symbolizing neutral status of Turkmenistan which was re-build & opened on 12 December, 2011. Its height 95meters including 12 meters rotated statue of first President of Turkmenistan: Saparmyrat Nyyazow (Turkmenbashy) on the top, Monument of Constitution opened on 18 May, 2011 & tallest building in Turkmenistan with its 185 meters, “Alem” Culture & Recreation Center: it’s the biggest indoor Ferris Wheel included into the Guinness Book. Lunch time After lunch break proceed with SS includes: National Museum of History (closed on Tuesdays): one of the biggest & best exhibited museum in Central Asia), Park of Independency along the hundreds of fountains & statutes with stops to visit Monuments of Independency, Park dedicated to Akhalteke Horses-the pride of Turkmen, Presidential Square, Monument of Commemoration: dedicated for the victims of the 1948 earthquake, Gulistan Bazar, Monument of Lenin which was erected in 1927 and survived the earthquake of 1948. Dinner at local restaurant. After dinnerevening short walking tour along the popular newly opened Park of Inspiration “Ylham Seyilgahi” where there are statues of famous Turkmen Scientists, Poets & etc from early ages till modern time with descriptions about their personalities & famous works highlighted by colorful night lights with vary fountains built along the alley. Day 9 - Ashgabat - Kunya - Urgench - Dashoguz - Khiva
Program Flight to Dashoguz for SS of Koneurgench. Cross into Uzbekistan Morning transfer to the airport of Ashgabat for flight to Dashoguz. Type of Aircraft Boeing 717-200. Flight T5-101. Departure at 06.50 & arrival at 07.50. Upon arrival drive ~120 km & 1,5 h/d/dto Koneurgench-the capital of Khorezmshahs (III-XVI cc). SS of the Old City includes: Portal of Caravansaray (XI-XIV), Mamun Minaret (X-IX), Il Arslan Mausoleum (XII), Sultan Tekesh Mausoleum (XIII), Academy of Horezm (III-XIII), Kutlug Timur Minaret (XIV)-one of the tallest minarets in Central Asia, Turabek Hanum Mausoleum (XIV), Najm Ed Din Kubra (XIII) & Soltan Ali (XV) Mausoleums located near Dash Metjit/Medrese (XIX). After SS drive ~100 km & 1,5 h/d/dback to Dashoguz. Lunch time. After lunch transfer ~15 km & 30min/d/dto border pass “Dashoguz-Shavat” to cross in to Uzbekistan. Approximately time of being at the “Red Line” (Real Border) is ~15.00. Meeting at Uzbekistan border with guide and driver, transfer to hotel. Accommodation at hotel. Free time for rest and to explore the city
Day 10 - Urgench (Khiva) - Tashkent

Visit to the oldest part of the city - Kunya-Ark fortress, including Kurinish Khana (17c); Mohammed-Amin-Khan(19c) Madrassah, Kalta Minor Minaret; Mohammed Rakim Khan (19 c) Madrassah, Pakhlavan Mahmoud Mausoleum, Islam Khodja Madrassah and Minaret, Jami Mosque(18c), Kutluq-Murad Inaq (19c) Madrassah, Allakuli khan Madrassah (19c), Ak Mosque, Tash Havli Fortress. Day 11 - Tashkent - Kokand - Margilan - Fergana
Time Program09:00 Breakfast at hotel. Depart to Fergana Valley. Enroute stop in Kokand city to visit Hudayarhan Palace with Regional Museum and Rishtan city to see the ceramic workshops of Rishtan masters.14:00 Lunch time Margilan: Visiting Yodgorlik Silk Factory, Friday mosque, local bazaar etc. City tour of Ferghana. Day 12 - Osh
Time Program08:00 Breakfast. Transfer to Kyrgyz border. Border formalities. Your guide will pick you up at Uzbek – Kyrgyz border and accompany you to Osh city (40 min. drive). As soon as you are in Osh city you will go for a walk there and visit the most famous place - Suleiman Mountain. Suleiman Too (Solomon’s Mountain) is situated in the city center and it is considered to be a pilgrimage place for local Muslims, because according to the legend, biblical prophet Solomon (Suleiman in the Koran) was buried at the foot of it. After an excursion we will drive to have a Dinner. Night is in a home stay.
Day 13 - Osh - Uzgen - Djalal Abad - Arslanbob
Program Breakfast In the morning we will drive to Arslanbob. The road takes about six hours and again you will drive along a mountain road. On the way we will visit Djalal Abad town and its famous Uzgen Tower. This tower was built in 11th century by Karakhanids. There are also there mausoleums that were used as burial places for the leaders. The whole road will surprise you by its celestial mountains and excellent panorama views. We will make many photo stops to remember this tour in for a long time. You will really enjoy it! This night you will spend in a local home stay. Dinner
Day 14 - Arslanbob - Bishkek
Program Breakfast Today we will have to start early in the morning. We will start our tour at 6 a.m. to drive from Arslanbob to our capital Bishkek. The road will go along huge mountains and you will have many photo stops on the way. This road is one of the most popular among travelers. On the way we will stop at yurts to try Kyrgyz drink Kumyz – fermented mare’s milk. During transfer you will have a lot of photo stop to memorize these amazing views of incredible Kyrgyz Mountains! In the evening you will come to Bishkek. Night is in a hotel. Dinner
Day 15 - Bishkek - Almaty
Program Breakfast will be ready at 8 a.m. This first half of the day is dedicated to a guided City Tour. The tour includes visiting of the central Ala-Too Square, Duboviy Park (Oak Park), Pobeda Square (Victory Square), the History Museum, National philharmonic and many others places of interest. During this day we will show you our main squares and buildings that were made at Soviet time. After lunch you will drive to Almaty. Almaty is the largest, most developed, and most ethnically and culturally diverse city in Kazakhstan. Dinner Night is in a hotel.
Day 16 - Almaty-Tashkent
Program Breakfast Today we will have a city tour. You will get acquainted with Almaty's history and see the Ascension Cathedral – the second highest wooden building in the world. Then you will visit the Square of 28 Panfilov Heroes. Afterwards you will visit the Museum of Musical Instruments. After lunch we will drive to the “Hawks nursery”. There you will see many birds of prey. At this place people train hawks, eagles, golden eagles to hunt together with them. In the evening drive to Kok Tebe to see the panorama view of Almaty. Dinner Transfer to the airport for the flight to Tashkent HY 766 at 22:40. Arrival at 23:30. Meeting and transfer to hotel for accommodation.
Day 17 - Tashkent-Oybek border-Hujand-Iskandarkul lake
Program Breakfast at hotel. Morning drive to Tajikistan border. Meeting at the border and transfer to Hujand city for late lunch. After lunch transfer to Iskandarkul lake. Lake of Alexander, the biggest lake of the fan mountains. According to one legend, Alexander created the lake by damming the river in order to annihilate a village which has opposed him. In the surroundings of Iskanderkul lake, we will walk to 5 springs, to Zmeinoe lake and to 38 m high waterfall which is known as „Fan Niagara“. Dinner and overnight in Turbaza or at traditional homestay at Saraog village 8km from the lake.
Day 18 - Trekking to the Hat of Alexander mountain
Program After breakfast we start our trekking to the Hat of Alexander mountain(3455m, 10-12km, 4-5hrs). You will enjoy the beautiful and amazing panorama of the Iskanderkul lake from the top of the mountain. If you're lucky on the way we'll see eagles, rabbits and even a bear. Dinner and overnight at the homestay.
Day 19 - Transfer Iskanderkul lake - Kuli kalon
Program After breakfast driving towards Alouddin lakes. Lunch upon arrival and after lunch we make trekking to beautiful Alouddin lakes amazing ultrmarine lakes. Hiking to Kuli klon lakes and around the lakes(2700 m, 12km, approx. 4-4.30 hours). Picnic on the shore of the lake. Dinner and overnight in tents.
Day 20 - Transfer Alouddin lakes - Hujand - Oybek
Program After breakfast driving back to Oybek border. Through the beautiful panorama of Zerafshan valley and its villages. We're sure you leave a piece of your heart in Fan mountains after this unforgettable trip.
Day 21 - Tashkent
