TV5 Monde film crew in Uzbekistan

Within the framework of the regular meeting of the Cooperation Council «Uzbekistan-European Union» which had been held in Brussels in July 2017, the State Committee of Uzbekistan on development of tourism and the Belgian company «Bandua Communications» signed an agreement on the promotion of the national tourism potential of Uzbekistan on TV5 Monde channels.

On 7 August the film crew arrived to Uzbekistan, where until 14 August will shoot episodes in Samarkand and Bukhara, in particular, about the mausoleum of Amir Temur, Samarkand bread, the Siabzkiy Bazaar, and also «3D mapping» of Registan Square in Samarkand.

Belgian and French audiences, along with the preparation of pilaf in an ordinary Uzbek family, will uncover the secrets of Bukhara blacksmiths and jewelers.
