Dear Nellya,
Customers Margreet de Vries & daughter have returned and sent me their evaluation.
They had a great tour for which I wish to thank you!
Especially they mentioned:
- very well organized, drivers and guides always in time
- hotels were good, especially Amulet in Bukhara, with very friendly people
- Termez was safe and very interesting.
They also mention one point to give some attention: tour to Fergana valley was good and interesting, but perhaps too much in too little time. Bit hectic. Below their complete reaction, in Dutch.
Have a nice weekend,
Ardjan

Hi Rakhmatjon,
I hope you're well!
I just wanted to let you know that I had an amazing trip in Uzbekistan - It was great to meet both you and Otabek - All the guides were fantastic, as were the two drivers - their wealth of knowledge was amazing as were their English language skills.
Best Regards,
Chris
Dear Anton,
Yes, we are safe back home!
Thank you, it was a very well organised trip and it worked smoothly. The service and supportiveness were really great from everyone involved. The minor change that I would have put on the itinerary was maybe to go to Tashkent in the evening instead of following morning so that we could have seen a little bit more of Tashkent. As my husband was sick and hence delayed our departure from Samarkand and the John Kerry thing, we arrived very late in Tashkent and missed the opportunity to see the city.
But that is of course not your fault!
I will definitely write a positive review on TripAdvisor.
Kind regards,
Jeanette
Hi Ardjan
Roxana Tour is a wonderful company. Our driver, Nossir, was the best ambassador and a super driver. We really appreciated his companionship. The guides in all the cities were very knowledgeable and articulate. All of them were fun to be with while they taught us history, politics, architecture, economics and culture.
Roxana has the best guides. We were really pleased. Anton was very helpful and wise, encouraging us to see and do things that were wonderful. He was efficient and very hospitable. Thank you for being the go-between to Roxana. Although there were some miscommunications, we had a memorable trip.
Thank you,
Devon and Bill
Dear Intizora,
I would like to thank Roxana for your well preparation and arrangement to my visit trip to Uzbekistan. Every think went smoothly from the arrival at airport through the hotel arrangement and driver and the tour guides. Again thank you and sure I will advertise you among the friends and colleagues and hopefully will join you later in other trips.
Regards,
Hamad
Dear Rakhmatjon,
We loved Uzbekistan. We found people very warm and welcoming, and even at the airport so many people were trying to help us. The fault with our experience at the airport was with Easy Jet, which did not supply us with the e-ticket numbers, and was not accessible. The airport staff was very accommodating. We truly enjoyed experiencing your country's history and culture, and we will urge our others to do so as well.
Cheers,
Anne
Dear Anton,
I wanted to thank you for the marvelous time we had with the people you assigned to us: Timur, Dalia, Denis and Otabek and of course Nassir Akah who was so gentle and fabulous. Uzbekistan is a real gem.
I certainly will recommend Roxana to my colleagues and friends, except the hotel in Samarkand… Also I would like to thank you for the dinner in Afonsa, which was a nice farewell.
Best wishes,
Alex

Hello Ardjan,
I want to let you know that we had a great trip to Uzbekistan !! I can only say that it was super well organized, drivers and guides excellent and always on time, hotels generally good, with the beautiful and atmospheric location in Boechara (Hotel Amulet, with very friendly people) as the highlight. And what are those Uzbek friendly and relaxed people! Perhaps a small point, we found the part of the trip (Oez.compleet) to the Fergana valley a bit more messy: a lot of driving (which of course cannot be otherwise) and a very full program which, due to time, was not completely finished could be unfortunately. Due to the opening time at 9 a.m., the museum in Fergana no longer had time (we started early that day). But we are happy that we have been there too. Termez felt completely safe and was very interesting.
Sincerely,
Margreet de Vries
