Will write you more, but firstly wanted to thank you so much for making my wish visiting hospitals in Uzbekistan , I know in such difficult period you had big risk going with me to those areas.  The other cities were fantastic, to bad I was not allowed to Samarkand central hospital, but I understand and it is ok.  My wife really fell in love with Khiva next time we will come with friends, you made such a great trip for us, I really liked Dily, Timur, these guys are first class guides and so lucky you could manage them in the last minute. If anyone wants to come to Uzbekistan I will for sure recommend your company.

Hi Anton, I hope you had mad it safe back home, we are so glad you took your time and came to Samarkand to meet us, I was very amazed how promptly you could arrange the whole 8 days Uzbekistan tours in such a short time we gave you, sorry once more, I should have made my travel plans more properly but with such business trips you never know the exact schedule. I really enjoyed the chance visiting all the places you have put together on the program, great selections! Was quite nice to enjoy the time without crowded groups, I think that’s because of pandemic issue.   Take care and if you ever come to visit Italy you know who to call!

Dear Roxana Tour team, sorry for sending this a bit late, as you have noticed we travel  a lot and had visited other countries before we reached home, anyway we are so glad to be back to London safe despite to all these difficult situations around COVID-19. Me and my husband would like to thank you for such a great organization of our trip, we know are very demanding travelers especially our kids always want something extra in the itineraries and we are all your happy customers, it was fantastic spending time in Samarkand, Bukhara and Khiva.  The guides, the hotels choice you recommended was absolutely great.  And special thanks to our driver Umar, who’s driving skills are unbelievable, you have some tough roads I have to tell you, and he was so careful and always knew the best photo stops. Few marks regarding trip to Aral sea, I think we have overestimated the ability of our children for such a rough trip, the road was very long and always through the desert, my husband loved that adventure trip, but I think we should have skipped it only because of children. The rest was fabulous and we will always remember that trip and miss Uzbekistan!

These customers returnes some time ago and I asked for a feedback.

They told me the tour was great, thanks a lot for that! Also all the guides and drivers.

Explicitly they mentioned Eleanora in Samarkand. Also the fact that half way you called them for inquiry how tour went was mucch appreciated.

One comment/advise: horse-riding in Hayat according to program was not possible due to high temperatures. Instead they enjoyed a (great) hike. But it’s about managing the expectations, and (I don’t know) if as a rule it’s too hot for horse riding there in summer we better not offer it.

I've finally got around to contacting you re our trip 2-13 July,

I'm really pleased to say that we had a great time and the trip fully lived up to our expectations. I now have to sift through 2500+ photos and a lot of 4k video.

Everything seemed to go exactly as planned. The drivers were excellent, always punctual and the cars very good. We loved the long trips between centres and the Train was a nice change.

The guides were very knowledgeable and friendly. I'm sure that they took us to all the sights and and knew everything about them.

The hotels were pretty good except for The Grand Art - maybe don't use that in future. The shower in our room on our return stay was filthy and breakfast awful, we had to ask for Coffee, sugar, fruit juice, butter and even cutlery. The waiter was too busy talking to his friend and not serving the guests.

Once again thanks very much Anton and Roxana Tours for organising our trip. We will remember it for a very long time I'm sure. Certainly if we ever return to the area will be doing it with Roxana Tours.

Apologies for this late reply as I been busy since I came back. Anyway, the group really enjoyed the tour. The guide and driver for both countries were very helpful and that has made our trip enjoyable. The only comment we have is that we did not quite like the spa hotel in Kutasi as it is rather old and located quite a distant from the city area. Otherwise everything else is well. Thank you so much for arranging the trip for us.

We got back from the Belarus-Ukraine-Moldova trip on May 3. It was absolutely fabulous and we enjoyed every minute of it. As always, every detail was meticulously planned and executed to perfection.

Thank you very much for making all the arrangements and making the journey so incredibly enjoyable. It was fabulous.

In particular, I want to thank the guides Natalia (in Moldova), Mariana (in Kyiv) and Julia (in Belarus). All three get 10/10 for their professionalism, their knowledge of the country and its history, and in doing their jobs so wonderfully. It was a great pleasure to be with them over these days. In particular, I want to thank Natalia for sharing her passion for her job over the four days we were in Moldova. It was a privilege to know her. If I could give 11/10 as a score, she would get it.

The guide/driver Aleksander in Lviv was also exceptionally good. All the other drivers: Dmitry (in Belarus), Alex (in Moldova), and the driver who took us to Chernobyl, and from Chernivtsi to Chisinau were all extremely good, polite and courteous.

All in all, we enjoyed the trip immensely. Thanks again for making it possible.
