On Sept. 23 scheduled auction of state property shares hotel Bratislava in Kiev
Uzbekistan hotels: hotels news, hotels price, hotels review. Urban Property Fund put up for sale 51% stake in OAO «hotel« Bratislava »price 20.5 million UAH.
The auction is scheduled for September 23. Lot is 2.8 million shares of nominal value of UAH 2.14 each. Contest rules stipulate that the buyer is obliged to maintain the profile of activities of the enterprise and provide income for the year of $ 19.4 million UAH. Over the past year income «Bratislava» amounted to 28.2 million UAH. At the same time, the hotel revenue in the first half of 2009 amounted to 10.2 million UAH. In addition, the potential investor is obliged to over 2.5 years to invest in the reconstruction of the hotel 50 million UAH.
According to «Business Capital», the most likely buyer is who owns 43% shares of former chairman of the hotel complex Yuri Pashkovskii.
