Our accommodations

We carefully select hotels to make sure that they represent the best of what the local culture has to offer, with a focus on authenticity, cultural depth, and environmental sustainability. You don’t really have to get your expectations to high on getting a first class service in the hotels of Central Asia. Many hotels do not have an experience of running their hotel on international management standards. But we do make sure you get a nice room with private facilities, as well as TV, AC etc. Our choice is privately owned small boutique hotels, with a great location and best local atmosphere you can experience. You will appreciate the chance engaging to an eastern lifestyle rather than being in a bigger hotel that is owned by a local government

Our Guides

When arranging a tour for you, we recognize that highly qualified, friendly guides are your key to an enjoyable tour. In every city of your journey you will have a local, native guide who knows their city better than anybody and can share with you stories you can find nowhere else.
All of our guides are knowledgeable, trained, and full of enthusiasm. There are many good reasons why we always provide a local professional. Above all, the guide knows what’s going on in the city and can always come up with terrific ideas and take you to many local events you may not have known while making your itinerary. They are always flexible to adapt your program to your personal interests, so you can make the absolute most of your time. With our guides you will not have to worry about missing anything important because they always know the best places to go for food, shopping, and performances. Furthermore, our ability to provide you with local guides gives you the chance to meet a new person instead of having the same guide for the entire trip.

Professional Drivers

Your safety is our highest priority, and a part of that is providing you with the best drivers in the country. Many of our drivers have over 20 years of driving experience, while many of them have been working in the tourism business since Soviet “In-tourist” times. It is this experience that gives more than just a “driver”. Our team of drivers are always willing to go the extra mile for you that will make the difference when you need help with a sudden problem or providing the flexibility you need if your plans change.
For those tourists who feel comfortable traveling without the aid of a guide, having an experienced driver will make the difference between an enjoyable trip and a forgettable one. And most importantly, they drive safely with your interests in mind!

Lunches and Dinners:

Please note that Lunches and Dinners indicated in the itinerary are not included in the tour price, the reasons we indicate them are:

  • They are recommended places by our company where you can have a good meal and get a great experience of what the local culture has to offer.
  • To give you a time orientation of the day and a tour plan

We prefer to give several choices for our customers to plan their meals:

  • You can always find a good place for Lunches and Dinners based on suggestion of our guides and drivers, who can always take care of reservations and driving you there.
  • Ask your tour operator to include meals in the places indicated in the itinerary, in this case you will be charged additionally for meals to be included.

However some meals are already included in you tour such as:

  • All breakfasts in all hotels
  • Lunch boxes for a long drive to/from Khiva as there isn’t a good restaurant we can suggest on the road
  • Dinners/Breakfasts, Picnics in the Yurt stay (if Yurt stay is on Itinerary)
  • Coffee and picnic stops on the road

And you’ll have 24/7 support during your trip, including 24 hour emergency numbers in all locations.
We are completely committed to providing you with an outstanding travel experience!
